Blessings of Japan Meets Aloha
～JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaii～

HONOLULU, Hawaii - The JETRO Los Angeles Office, with the aim of expanding the consumption of Japanese seafood in the Hawaii market, will host the JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaii (Organized by JETRO, Planning Cooperation/Operation by JTB Hawaii).  

 

 

About JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaii

JETRO Los Angeles with cooperation of JTB Hawaii will host a two-day Japanese seafood event for the general public at a specially designated area on the 1st floor of the Hawaii Convention Center. The event will feature various Japanese seafood dishes, food tasting sessions, workshops, entertainment elements such as tuna dismantling shows and musubi cooking demonstrations.

 

　　Dates　　: Saturday, March 9, 2024 ~ Sunday, March 10, 2024

　　Time　　  : Saturday, March 9: 10am-6pm, Sunday, March 10: 10am-3pm

　　Venue　　: Hawaii Convention Center 1F

　　Visitors　  : Approximately 20,000 (2 days total)

　　Admission : Free 

This event will be held as a sister event to the 28th Honolulu Festival, Hawaii’s largest international cultural exchange event.

～JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaii開催～

JETROロサンゼルス事務所は、ハワイ市場における日本産水産物の消費拡大を図ることを目的に「JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaii」(主催：JETRO 企画協力/運営：JTBハワイ)を開催します。

【 JAPAN FOOD FESTIVAL in Hawaiiとは 】

　ハワイ・オアフ島ホノルル市にあるハワイコンベンションセンター１F特設会場にて、一般消費者向け日本産水産物輸出促進イベントを２日間にわたり開催します。日本産水産物を利用した料理、食品の試食会やワークショップ、展示/実演に加えマグロの解体ショーやおにぎり実演等のエンターテイメントも盛り込みイベントを開催します。
