JETRO Los Angeles, in cooperation with JTB Hawaii, hosted a two-day Japanese seafood event for the general public at the Hawaii Convention Center.
The event showcased a diverse array of Japanese seafood dishes, food tasting sessions, engaging workshops, and fun entertainment, including a live tuna dismantling show and a hands-on rice ball making workshop.
